Templeton Building — Monday Window Feb 24

Hi all šŸ˜ Here’s my latest entry for Ludvig’ Monday Window challenge.

The Templeton Building started out life as a carpet factory. Construction began in 1888 and was completed in 1892. It was constructed for James Templeton and Son for the manufacture of their patented spool Axminster Carpets.

It was in use as a carpet factory until 1984 when it was converted into a business centre. It underwent a major regeneration project in 2005, and became a multi-purpose building housing apartments, office space and the West brewery bar & restaurant.
