Great perspective, Jez. The new looks like it sitting on the rooftop of the old. I actually love the contrast of the 2 buildings. 🙂
Thanks, Lisa 😊 I just spotted the composition when walking along the Clyde one day; there’s actually a 4 lane road between the 2 buildings 😃

Love the image but it is annoying me because I feel I should know where it is! So far I’ve considered, and dismissed, Greendyke Street and Partick Library. Can’t make the position of old and new work in my head in either. Please put me out of my misery!
Hi Anabel, the shot was taken from down by the Clyde, where the Broomielaw joins Clyde Street, just to the right of Glasgow Bridge. It’s the old ladies waiting room, next to the La Pasionaria.
