Art on the Beach — #PPAC #7

Hi all πŸ˜ƒ My entry for the Photographing Public Art Challenge #7, set this week by Marsha.

My wife & I came across these small pieces of art made from driftwood, stones & shells whilst walking on Broughty Ferry Beach, just outside of Dundee πŸ˜€ It’s fun to imagine who made these little master pieces & did they survive the next high tide πŸ€”

  1. What fun artwork. I have some small rocks on my desk, I want to see if I can’t balance them together. One day maybe. Love your post πŸ˜€

  2. This inspires me Jez. I have an art of the beach post I haven’t written yet, but I found some artsy photos in my archives. I see a rabbit, a kangaroo, a fish skeleton, and several abstracts. What did you see?

      1. LOL, and I can’t help classifying everything I touch. Not that I am super organized, but I enjoy doing it. πŸ™‚ Not very original or creative of me, though.

      2. My wife & I name everything; such as Snappy (DSLR), Lensy (lensball), Stormy (my bike). Even in the kitchen we have Mr Fry (airfryer), Wokky (I think you can guess that one) πŸ˜‚

      3. LOL We have named some of our cars, but we don’t name everything. We had Golfi, Wolfie, our two VWs, and Prissy, my green Prius
