It’s my wife’s birthday ๐ coming up & I’m on hoilday for the next couple of weeks; Fan Of… will be back on the 20th September. Until then, stary safe & happy blogging ๐
This week’s Fan Ofโฆ is a nosy but friendly duck (we called her Matilda ๐).
Whilst up at Palacerigg Country Park to get some shots of Snappy’s modified camera bag, featured in last week’s Fan Of… #124, one of the female mallards at the pond decided to come over & see what was happening.
Whilst I carried on taking shots of different things, she just kept getting closer; I think she thought I was there to photograph her, so I obliged ๐ At one point, one of the Muscovy Ducks wandered over (5th pic in the gallery). She jumped up on the fence to watch what was going on.
Once we moved on, she disappeared for a while, but whilst we were crossing the footbridge over the pond, Matilda came swimming over for a final pic, before swimming off to join the others ๐
