Hi all 😃 My latest entry for Terri’s Sunday Stills: Eerie Sights & Sounds.
On one of our bike rides, we were up above the canal which was hidden from view by a bank of fog.
As we descended into the fog, the world became silent, interrupted only by the occasional bleat of young sheep that we couldn’t see. Down by the canal was a silent, eerie but beautiful place to be.
These next shots were taken on a foggy December morning; when the fog descended, the world went quiet apart from the cries of the crows battling in the air, mostly unseen.
A lone, shadowy figure at the end of a tree lined path!
Nice shots and definitely have an eerie vibe to them. Love them.
Thanks, Kirstin 😊
Suitably eerie Jez 🙂 🙂
Cheerz, buddy 😊
All stunning photos…..fog is the epitome of eeriness…can leave you feeling quite lost
Wow!!! Great fog photos!!
Thank you so much 😊
These are all fabulous and eerie in their own delightful way, Jez! Fog is such a nice photo op and really mutes the sounds around it. I used to love-hate the long days of fog in Sacramento, but the quite was nice. That last pic is wonderful! Glad to see you here at Sunday Stills!
Thanks, Terri 😊
Nice fog captures! It is eerie how silent it makes the world.
Thanks, Bernie 😊
