Hi All 👋 Here’s my entry for CB&W: Stones or Brick.
We don’t tend to have many brick built structures up in Scotland, they tend mostly to be stone. Bricks do feature quite heavily, however, as paving. The stones I’ve gone for are either beach stones or a couple of things made of stone.

This is one of the Glasgow Harbour Tunnel Rotundas, now a restaurant.

Beach stones.

The two stone structures are a bridge at the northern end of Loch Long, and the old doocote in Cumbernauld.
Great to hear your thoughts!
