    The little one settled down for a short while to see what I was up to, before bouncing off round the paddock like crazy

    A couple of years ago the barn manager where I keep my horse got some baby goats and they would be let out to run around in the barn in the evening. The horses did not seem to mind them once they got used to them. The first photo in your post looks like the ones at the barn.
