Bouquet

Any of you following my blog will know I’m currently working on a project fusing my own photography with AI creativity. For more on my journey with AI, check out my Fan Of… series, the latest being a re-imagining of an old Steam Locomotive.

I’m using AI in the next series to re-imagine the bouquets in different settings. Today, I’ve used the same bouquet as yesterday but gone for a more sleek & modern train car. The feel of the shot is entirely different, with colder colours. The AI also took the colour out of the bouquet, as you’ll see in the first shot picture below; so a quick revision of the prompt brought the colours back. As you see in the second image, the addition of colour in the prompt infuses more warmth & colour into the re-imagining.

I know this week was meant to be more re-imaginings of the Bo’ness & Kinneil Steam Locomotive, but I went a different route

This week’s Fan Of… #235 is images that didn’t make my post for Susan’s Spies, Lies & Digital Skies: Clandestine Meeting.

One of my thoughts was to have the clandestine meeting down at the docks; this is the original image I shot & used as the basis of my prompt engineering.

Dawn’ Soft Glow Through Winter Trees

Hi All 👋 My entry for Debbie’s Six Word Saturday.

I thought I’d try a couple of AI mods for the above image. First, I simply used the #6WS title as the prompt but also instructed the AI to style it as a watercolour. The AI really picked up on the wintry theme & added snow to the image.

As well as the magical enhancements, I thought I’d do a wee bit of setting work for this bouquet & re-imagine it sat on a rustic veranda overlooking a snowy valley.

Masquarade Ball — Spies, Lies & Digital Skies
Hi All 👋 My latest post for Susan’s Digital Art Challenge.

This week’s challenge is to develop an AI image of a secret exchange at a masquerade ball.

This is a new one for me; previously, all my AI work was based on one of my own photos. This time, I didn’t have a picture that worked as a basis for the prompt, so the prompt was written from scratch.

I first imagined a grand & elegant ballroom with people in period costumes. The first result was not busy enough for my liking, so I revisited the prompt to add in more couples dancing.
I decided then to go futuristic & have the ball set in a futuristic ballroom in a space hotel. Again, the first result was not crowded enough, so I revised the prompt. The last image is the 8th revision & I’m still not 100% happy with the end result in the space hotel, but my stomach’s grumbling & it’s time for lunch. I’m sure I’ll come back to this prompt again, another time.
