With the sun out, it was another busy day at our hibiscus hedge. It was that busy, the insect life was almost having to form a line at the blossoms. A couple of days ago, it was mostly bees; today, the butterflies got in on the action, sharing the blooms with bees and hoverflies.

Homemade Mini-Photo Booth
I made the mimi-photo booth because I was taking part in photo challenges on a daily basis. I often need to photograph objects but, being an amateur, I have no access to a studio set up or my own workshop. Often I struggle to get a decent backdrop for the photos and end up re-arranging my shelves to get a plain backing.

Fan Of… Daily Post #2
Hi all. Today’s Fan Of… is still with Star Wars, kind of; bear with me on this. I had my third appointment at the local fracture clinic today and, woohoomy cast is off. I have, instead, been fitted with a moon boot to allow me to start to put weight on my ankle and rebuild the strength in my right leg. The moon boot makes me look like I’ve got the lower leg of a Storm Trooper, and hence the Star Wars link.
