Kelpie Reflection — Cellpic Sunday

Hi all 😃 This is my latest post for John’s Cellpic Sunday. Our last visit to the Kelpies was on a rainy day. Around the base of these massive sculptures are wee pools that you can often get good reflections in. On this particular day, or “dreich” day as we say up here, the reflections were disrupted by the raindrops.

This series of shots were taken at Straiton Pond, nr Edinburgh. This friendly swan came the length of the pond to get their photo taken whilst their partner was sleeping on the nest in the reed beds at the other end.
