    For today, I’ve done an origami transformation; I think these came out quite well.

    Inspired By Hammad’s Transcendent Poetry — Water Water Everywhere #224

    Hi All 👋 Feel free to join in whenever you have a water picture to post (any type of water, in any state, will do). See below for how to join the fun

    This WWE was inspired by Hammad’s poem in his WWE post: Tranquil Sigh.

    His poem inspired me to try & visualise the scene he set using my own pictures & AI prompt engineering in DALL-E (ChatGPT). These are my baseline pictures.

    I then generated this image by combining these images, Hammad’s brilliant poem, and my own prompts.

    I say eventually because there were many prompt rewrites to get the image to match what I saw in Hammad’s words. In the carousel below are a few of the images that, whilst good, do not quite fit what was conjured in my own mind.

    I wanted to compare post-apocalyptic (FOTD Jun 11) and dystopian settings. Post-apocalyptic refers to a ruined world after a catastrophic event, while dystopian refers to a tightly controlled future world. The use of large surveillance drones in both reimaginings illustrates this well.
