I was interested to see how one of Lensy’s sunrise shots came out in B&W, so gave it a go. Whislt interesting, I think the colour version is the winner; I’ve used a slider so you can compare the two.

Seeing double is all about reflections—probably one of my biggest photographic obsessions. I tend to see them everywhere & actively seek them out when they’re not readily apparent. My reflection hunting started shortly after I got Snappy, my DSLR, 12 years ago with some poolside reflections.
This shot shows reflections of objects not seen in the picture, in this case, Malibu’s Serra Hills behind the house.

This week’s Fan Of… is the changing moods of Fannyside Lochs as seen through PastSquares, & so is my latest post for Becky’s PastSquares. Some of my favourite shots have been captured at this small, peaceful Loch, like the one below.
This was a post that I have had in the works for a while; but whilst gathering the photos together, I realised that many of them had appeared in Becky’s Square challenges over the last couple of years, so this seemed the perfect melding of Fan Of… & PastSquares.
