I was taking some shots for Weekend Sky & saw an interesting ripple effect in the clouds. I wasn’t sure how well it would show up as it was quite dark still. My wife told me about a new feature on our i-phones where you can adjust the exposure (it’s one of the pull down options when in photo mode), so I thought I’d give it a go. The shot on the left is the phone’s original settings; the one on the right, I’ve increased the exposure. Although subtle, the detail in the clouds is much clearer on the right (these shots are totally unedited).

I tried it again with another shot, with the same results.
Whilst out getting some more floral shots for FOTD, I saw this foggie bummer (Scots for bumble bee with a white tail) busy at pollen collection, so I thought I’d get a few shots.
