Hi All 👋 Welcome to the first weekly Fan Of… post — Arbroath Beach.
I was recently at Arbroath for a few days and having the beach just across the road was fantastic. Arbroath is a fishing town approx 16 miles east-north-east of Dundee, Scotland, and home to the famous Arbroath Smokie (smoked fish).

Sunday Stills: A State of Calm
Hi All 👋 My entry for Terri’s Sunday Stills: The Essence of #Zen. I took from this the state of calm that is required to achieve a zen state, and these are some of the images or objects that do it for me. Also, and some of you may find this weird; I’m writing this whilst listening to the cover version by Disturbed of The Sound of Silence, one of the most relaxing songs I know.
