I must tell you of a country, well more of a Nation, in the old Eastern Bloc where the leader, well lets be honest, the Dictator held supreme power. Everything in this Nation was be his decree and had to be adhered to upon fear of imprisonment for life or even having to face a firing squad.
One of the things that he made law was every car had to be pink in colour.
