I'm a Royal Navy Veteran from Scotland and love to get out and about with my wife, susantbraithwaite.com, on our Kalkhoff e-bikes. My faithful camera, Snappy, and the ever-present Lensy (lensball) are always along for the ride to capture the beauty of Scotland đ´ó §ó ˘ó łó Łó ´ó ż. That is fab! I got some shots like this at Palacerigg, I really couldn’t stop taking photos that day!
That’s a beauty Jez đ I would have had a bit more sky so the downward branches of the tree didn’t pull my focus to the ground and not the tree on first viewing
I see what you mean. I had a couple of similar shots with more sky, but there was a thinner section of cloud with the blue beyond coming through & the leaden sky phrase would have lost meaning.

Love days like that; the editing can be a nightmare though đ
Dramatically beautiful, Jez.

Don’t you hate it when the sky doesn’t co-operate đ
It’s just the worst đŠ đ¤Ł
