Hi All 👋 My entry for Becky’s April BrightSquares.
These shots were all taken at Santa Monica Pier. With some of them I’ve put the original followed by two different square crops.
In the process fo editing these shots to square, there was a subtle difference in focus & perceived movement, so I thought I’d put up both using the slider function. In the one below, the left-hand crop focuses on the cars & people on the ride whereas the right-hand one has the cars coming in from the right which I think gives more movement to the shot and shows more of the structure.
Again, two differnt crops from the same image.
Seems appropriate
