Hi all 😁 Feel free to join in this weekly challenge whenever you find yourself thinking, “I’m a fan of…” (see below for how-to).
This week’s Fan Of… is corbies. Corbies is Scots for ravens. This post was inspired by Elke’s Fan Of… post. This is also my post for Susan’s Things in Scots (TiS).

I see (& hear) these guys all over the place.
Hanging out at the graveyard at Sterling Castle…

A day out at the beach in Arbroath…

Chilling at the local park…

Food hunting in the garden…

Or simply sitting in trees, watching the world go by.

Beautiful photography. I love all photos – very unique. You must be very proud and just think it will be you and Sully soon.
Thanks you so much, Mark 😊
Awesome gallery, sweetie!
I don’t know if our big black birds are the same species but we certainly have lots of big black birds here as well. You showed a big range of where you see them.
They do get everywhere, although I was surprised to see them going for a walk on the beach 😂
They sometimes seem to stroll in fields, on roads and building sites. Looking as if they really just like walking …
Wood pigeons & magpies do the same 😃
I didn’t want to scare away your crows: https://geriatrixfotogallerie.wordpress.com/2022/06/06/i-am-a-fan-of-scarecrows/
He-he 😂
