Hi Jez, I’d love to walk on this beach. It’s so uncrowded. Beautiful shot.
Thanks, Marsha 😊 The beach is quite long & at either end, there’s parking & can be quite busy. Just walking for 15 mins & the crowds are left behind & the beach is virtually empty 😃
Hi Jez, No crowds! That’s awesome. In CA it is hard to find empty beaches. It’s easier in Oregon, and I’ve never actually been to the beach in Washington. The Puget Sound is so huge and there are so many lakes in Seattle that we never went to the ocean in WA. I’m a fan of beaches anywhere though. Hope you are both well and having a great summer.

It seems to be the way at most beaches; if you’re prepared to walk 10 to 15 mins, the crowds thin significantly. We’re not beach sitters but prefer to walk in the shallows anyway. It must be great with all those lakes to explore around WA. Hope you guys are doing well & having a relaxing time 😃

Vince and I are doing great, but we’re in Arizona. I enjoyed visiting Terri last September in Washington. It is gorgeous. My first husband was from Seattle so I spent a lot of time there with him and his family when he was alive.

That’s even better.
What a beautiful capture of the beach on a bright sunny day Jez! The sun has been shining here too and our contribution for this week’s lovely challenge is here: https://whippetwisdom.com/2023/07/10/haiku-fire-of-blue/
