I love driftwood as well but I find it getting more difficult to find any on our beach.
People are probably taking it away to make art or selling it 🤔
I think you might be right. I would be guilty of that myself.
A while back David and I had been out shopping and there was a store that was selling random smallish pieces of driftwood. I can’t recall the price but it was something totally outrageous! I guess there are people who will pay for anything.
I’d rather go & get the pieces for free 😃
That’s what I thought too! Seems less authentic buying it!
