Not the Prettiest — OWS
Hi All 👋 My entry for Debbie’s One Word Sunday: Ugly.
I don’t know about ugly, certainly not compared to Debbie’s Marabou Stork, but certainly not the prettiest; alhtough very friendly when you have food — Muscovy Ducks.

A Photo a Week Challenge: Faded
Hi All 👋 My entry for Nancy’s A photo a week challenge: Faded.
I agree with Nancy that a faded look can work well with flowers. I also looked at other vibrant pics I’d taken for other posts & faded them. The result seems a bit lack lustre. I’ve done all my shots as sliders so you can form your own opinions; faded or not!
These first shots are all flowers.

Coloured pens For the floral shots, It’s hard to choose, but I think the faded look works well with wildflower posy & the dandelions. For the non floral ones, I definitely prefer the vibrant colours, but that was the reason for those shots in the first place. That being said, I do like the faded lensball landscape; to me it gives a much colder feel to the shot.
