Hi All 👋 Today it’s the turn of the kinnen (rabbit).
There many other great names for rabbits in Scots; kyunnen (Shetland), bawtie (south). We then move onto pet names: mappie, map-map, moppie, mup-mup; and leprone is a young rabbit.
