This yellow petunia was part of the Arbroath in Bloom display. The cool thing about the display was that they had taken old bikes, painted them, fitted them with baskets which were used as planters. These floral bikes were dotted around the town.

Wow! I don’t recall ever seeing a yellow petunia. Amazing flowers. Multicolored. Delicate, yet so hardy. Sherpa of the plant world. Please forgive all the sentence fragments! LOL

My father was a journalist. He would be appalled at my butchery of the English language. As French is my first language, I am more comfortable butchering that one!

I think I can safely say that your English is way, way better than my French. My wife’s writing a book at the moment, so she’s well up on her grammar and I often get her to check my posts over before going live.

My father-in-law was also a journalist. My late wife used to delight in correcting my grammar and pronunciation, especially in front of other people! Ha!
