I'm a Royal Navy Veteran from Scotland and love to get out and about with my wife, susantbraithwaite.com, and my faithful camera and capture whatever catches my eye. My posts will be a collection of photos from our travels and anything I find interesting; and squirrels, lots of squirrels.

These are awesome shots, Jez. The coot looks like it is praying. The Swan shot with the head dipped looks like a heart with the reflection. Excellent! 🙂
Swans have such graceful necks and with the reflection that makes for wonderful photos. Love the tern. In German, a very self-absorbed person is humourously called somebody who is given to belly-button contemplating. That fits, I think 😀
Lovely birds 😀
