  3. It’s amazing to me that art is starting to show up in places like this. I had one underpass I featured in Scottsdale, but it was nothing as colorful and exciting as they ones you have found. I guess art always finds a way to get out. 🙂 Thanks for joining in. Tell Snappy he did a good job. 🙂
