It is an odd mixture.
Well spotted, but a bit tough sharing your home environment with a cone.
A necessary evil, unfortunately. The shot was taken down at the canal where a field boundary runs right down to the water; the fence extends into the water to stop the livestock getting round it & so is a danger to navigation by the canal boats — hence the cone 😀
Ah well, at least it’s not a discarded piece of litter.
well I think they make a lovely couple!
I’ve seen them together a couple of times, I was lucky to have my camera with me that day 😃
